Naranja Cycle Co. is a small, locally owned bike-tour operator based in Valencia, Spain. Founded in 2019 by Marta Giménez, the company runs three signature small-group bike tours: the Old Town Tapas Ride, the Albufera Sunset Loop, and the City of Arts Architecture Cruise. Naranja is carbon-neutral certified, a member of 1% for the Planet, and employs four full-time staff plus seven seasonal guides.

Most bike tours in Valencia operate at scale: 25+ riders, single guide, headsets, fixed playlist of stops. Naranja's whole pitch is the opposite — maximum 10 riders, all guides are full-time staff and Valencia natives, food and drink stops are independent local businesses. Operationally we book through both direct channels and trade partners, including OTAs (GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis, Musement), cruise lines, and Spanish DMCs.

**Old Town Tapas Ride** — easy 3-hour, 8 km cycle through the Barrio del Carmen with four tapas stops and horchata at the end. Most popular with first-time visitors and food-curious couples. €65/person, max 10.

**Albufera Sunset Loop** — moderate 7-hour, 38 km full day south of Valencia ending with paella valenciana on a working rice farm and a private boat across the lagoon at sunset. The signature tour. €110/person, max 8.

**City of Arts Architecture Cruise** — easy 2.5-hour, 11 km flat cruise through the Turia Gardens to the Calatrava complex. Family-friendly (kids 8+), wheelchair-adjacent, and ideal for cruise-day visitors. €49/person, max 12.

We sell through OTAs, Spanish DMCs, cruise lines, and direct corporate planners. Trade contracts include nett rates with volume tiers, live availability via REST API, GDPR-compliant guest data handling, and cruise terminal pickup. We don't run multi-day cycling holidays, road-cycling tours, mountain biking, or self-guided tours. We don't operate outside the Valencia metropolitan area. We don't sell hotel-and-tour packages. We refer those enquiries to partner DMCs.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. No-shows are not refunded. We run in light rain; in extreme weather we cancel and refund 100%. Minimum age varies by tour (8 / 12 / 14). Dietary needs are accommodated with 24 hours notice — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian, and most allergies.
