About this tour
Pedal slowly through the cobbled lanes of Valencia's old town with a local guide who knows every plaza, every shortcut and every chef worth meeting.
You'll roll past the Cathedral, weave through the medieval Barrio del Carmen and pause at family-run bars for jamón, bombas, esgarraet and a glass of Valencian vermouth.
We finish at a 1940s Horchatería for the city's signature drink and a fartón still warm from the oven. It's a short ride and a long lunch — exactly the way Valencianos like it.
